Order Processing

Once your order is successfully placed, it is sent to our fulfillment service provider for preparation.
Orders are processed within 1 working day (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and official public holidays).

We provide next-day dispatch service, allowing a short window for order modifications.

Order Modification

If you wish to modify your order, you may do so within one day only after placing the order.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted as the order will already be processed and transferred to the courier.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Domestic Shipping (Egypt/ UAE): 5–10 working days depending on your location.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures and it may takes 7-15 Days.

Our fulfillment warehouse is located in Greater Cairo, Egypt (Warehouse No.1) and Abu Dhabi, UAE (Warehouse No.2)

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to the following countries only:

  • Saudi Arabia (KSA)
  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • United States (USA)
  • United Kingdom (UK)
  • Canada

Orders placed outside these regions will not be processed.

Shipping Costs & Weight Policy

  • All orders start with a gross weight of 1 kg minimum.
  • Each additional kilogram will incur extra shipping fees.
  • Shipping costs vary depending on:
    • Customer location (domestic or international)
    • Total order weight
    • Courier pricing structure

Final shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

  • Working days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays.
  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
