Exchange and Return Policy

At Rewind-co, we value your satisfaction. If you need to exchange or return a product purchased through our website or mobile application, please review the policy outlined below. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Exchange and Return Conditions

Rewind-co guarantees your right to exchange or return any product under the following conditions:

1.   Timeframe: Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt.

2.   Product Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition    as received. All serial numbers must be clear and readable.

3.   Original Invoice: The original tax invoice must accompany the product.

4.   No Damage from Misuse: The damage or defect must not result from installation errors, misuse,
  or  accidents.

5.   Complete Product: All inclusions (e.g., buttons) must be present.

Process for Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us or the manufacturer's technical support immediately to obtain a technical report confirming the defect. You are entitled to a replacement or refund, including shipping costs, within 14 working days from notification.

Important Notes

·   Rewind-co reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund request that does not comply with the outlined conditions.

  • Packages cannot be opened in front of the courier.
  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos/videos showing: the outer packaging, the shipping label, and the product(s).
  • After 24 hours, the order is considered received in good condition, and no exchange/return will be accepted for visible issues.
  • The exchange/return policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, or any circumstances occurring after delivery.
  • Your right to request an exchange or return for a defective product may be lost if the defect arises from accidents or circumstances occurring after the date of use.

·   Client is responsible for shipping fees.

 

 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after quality inspection and acceptance of the returned product. Refunds will be made using the original payment method:

·     Cash Payments: Refunds will be issued within 14 working days from the inspection report.

·     Visa Payments: The amount will be refunded within 14 working days via bank transfer to the customer’s account.

You may also receive your refund as a balance on our website, purchase vouchers, or any method deemed appropriate by Rewind-co.

Cancellation Policy

At Rewind-co, we understand that plans may change. Please review our order cancellation terms carefully:

Order Cancellation Conditions;

Before Shipment:

Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been processed or shipped. Once the order status changes to “Shipped” or “Out for Delivery,” cancellation will no longer be possible.

How to Request Cancellation:

Cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting our customer support team through the official communication channels listed on our website, providing the order number and registered contact details.

Refund for Canceled Orders:

If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Refund processing time may take 14 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

 

Orders That Cannot Be Canceled:

Orders that have already been shipped or delivered.

Orders customized, promotional, or purchased during special campaigns, unless otherwise stated

Refused Deliveries:

If a customer refuses delivery without prior approved cancellation, the order will be treated as a return, and shipping fees and the fulfillment operating fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.
